Ekeze KZ Enubuzor was born in Ithaca, New York in the summer of 1986. As a first generation American, his parents cemented the importance of Faith, Education, and Work Ethic within his value system.
Raised in the concrete jungle – New York City, Ekeze kept his blinders on and stayed focused on his education and faith. In 2004 he graduated from Thomas Edison Vocational High School, with high marks and a certification in Cisco Systems. Between these walls he developed his love for technology, as well as business.
Ekeze continued his educational journey at the University of North Dakota, securing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, and a minor in Graphic Design. Through his collegiate experience he met his wife, Trisha and had his first child Nikita.
Ekeze understood that he had a deep passion for technology, aptitude for marketing, and a need to provide for his growing family – he started his professional career at Comcast Business. At Comcast he earned several sales awards, and stood up a successful intra-referral program called Inner Circle.
After a successful run at Comcast, Ekeze decided to start his own Telecommunications Brokerage, called Simplified Communications; with business partner, Patrick Keane. This opportunity was short lived, due to the cost of starting a business and taking care of a young family.
Ekeze entered back into corporate America working at Charter Spectrum as an Enterprise Account Executive, representing their Fiber-Optic data medium and OTT services. He achieved success by consulting with his C-level client base, and providing a level of customer service that is scarce in the telecommunications industry.
Ekeze was at a point in his career where he wanted to find a home and started researching the future of business connectivity. He found 5G, the fifth generation of wireless technology – opening the door to a plethora of opportunities for businesses to increase their visibility, efficiency, and ultimately their profitability. Through his research he discovered that AT&T was uniquely positioned to be the industry leader with their 25 year contract with the federal government to deploy their FirstNet network, committed to covering 98% of the United States geographically.
Ekeze is currently a top performer at AT&T Business working with medium and enterprise level businesses, as well as government entities. He lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota with his beautiful wife, and three wonderful children – one young lady and two boys.
